The payment scheme spanning over 4 years and 5 years, requires you to pay 10% upfront, 30% during construction, and the rest 60% post-handover in 21 months and 34 months. Whereas, the other payment plan also involves paying 10% as down payment, 30% during construction, and the rest 60% on handover. In hindsight, you will have the freedom to choose a particular payment option, based on your distinct profile.
