The Ellington Group deliberately set Harrington House (HH) at Jumeirah Village Circle also known as JVC, which is a developing community within Dubai. In the 860 hectare venture, the JVC will contain 2,700 extensive manors and townhouses and will highlight various landscaped parks. The community will likewise be home to The Circle Mall and additionally sports grounds, schools and mosques. There are presently two major entrances and ways out (on Al Khail Road) to and from JVC, with plans to open more.
