Budoor Villas by IMKAN Properties comes with attractive payment plans and spans over 4 years and 5 years respectively. In the first option, you are required to pay 10% upfront as down payment, 30% during construction and 60% post-handover in 21 months and 34 months. As for the second payment plan, it also involves paying 10 as a down payment on the date of purchase, 30% during construction, and the rest 60% on handover. Based on your individual preference and need, you can pick a payment scheme that suits your profile
