The master plan of Binghatti Grove, developed by Binghatti Developers, presents a thoughtfully designed community that embodies a vision of mindful living. The building consists of several key levels to enhance living experiences. It begins with an underground level (UG) for parking and utilities. The ground level (G) features retail spaces and lobbies. Four podium levels (4P) provide additional amenities and parking, leading to landscaped areas. The first floor includes a gym, pool, and community lounge. There are 42 residential floors offering diverse layouts, along with a mechanical floor for essential systems. The roof may host extra amenities for residents. The project's design philosophy emphasizes creating a harmonious equilibrium between interior and exterior living, fostering community and promoting overall wellness.
