The master plan of Al Thuraya Island by Ajmal Makan focuses on luxury and comfort with a waterfront setting at Sharjah Waterfront City. Of the five million square feet development area, 1.3 million square feet are for green spaces and 564,000 square feet cover the exclusive beach. The creative plan also includes expansive parks, walkways, and recreational areas. In addition, it divides the island into various zones, each offering a distinct living experience. Residents can enjoy waterfront views from all zones.
